Job Description
• 'Cold calling' companies to generate new business
• Getting vacancy details from employers
• Interviewing and testing job seekers
• Matching candidates to jobs to build a pool of potential applicants
• Screening and shortlisting candidates for employers to interview
• Building relationships with employers and job seekers
• Meeting targets for vacancies filled and people placed
• Keeping records and negotiating fees
• Administer equal opportunities monitoring in relation to recruitment and selection policy and procedures.
• To provide HR support to the organization, in liaison with the Senior HR Advisor.
• Ensure that all HR matters and files are treated in the strictest confidence at all times.
• Support the Senior HR Advisor in managing the recruitment portal
• Keep the staff handbook and induction manual up to date and relevant for the various clients.
• Assist Senior Managers with the planning and implementation of staff, trustee and intern inductions.
Requirement
• A degree/Hnd in Arts and Humanities, Social sciences, etc
• A minimum of second class lower degree/equivalent
• A minimum of 1yr cognate working experience
• Initial certification CIPM is a big plus
• Must be residing in Port Harcourt
