Have you ever thought about how major Carrier/Network-owned brand stores including other authorized dealers handle possession of excess stock or still having inventory unsold not to talk of corporate companies and individuals. Again, if you did I don't think you would ask your question.
Did you know there is a way you can actually run a check on a smartphone to determine if it has actually been used or not either for voice or data?
Btw, what do you mean by or term as London used? If I understand you correctly, who says every blackberry phone regardless if new or used was made or came from London?
