I don't know any library in VI.

However, people stay back in their offices after close of work to read.

To your question, I am not a library person, I cannot read with people around, it is always ME, MYSELF and I so I got no idea of any library.

There's one on Awolowo road Ikoyi.
Somewhere close to Standard Chartered Bank.
I think they close at 6pm though (I'm not sure about the closing time)

no library opens up till 10pm max u can get is 6 -7pm....why not cultivate the habit of reading in ur home or make use if the weekends to study.

Ikoyi is the nearest I know you can get for now, that is, Awolowo Rd.

VI is more of a commercial area than educational.
