Hi akinswaggs Instead of selling your AdSense site why not turn it into a fully functioning affiliate site. Promote quality subscription services that will pay you from people who signup under you for at least 2 levels down (2+ tier programs) like web hosting for example. Then when people purchase these sites from you, you can make residual income for life when they register to these programs, and it should; if you do it properly keep growing your money on autopilot.
