ASIL serves as sub-contractors to International bodies like USAID sponsored Projects, International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) on USAID Sponsored Project. ASIL is currently recruiting qualified job applicants to fill in the following vacancies in the company. provide superior customer service, update and maintain client records, liaise with our consultants, Fish mill suppliers and other stakeholders, ensure all compliance obligations are met as well as supporting financial adviser with client reviews and SOA's. Liaising with small to large-sized retail customers on a daily basis Answering customer inquiries Processing customer orders received by phone, email and fax Following through on customer requests and urgent deliveries Processing customer returns Handling customer complaints and providing solutions Providing back up support to the sales team when required Basic marketing support when required.
