Mtn Sim Not Browsing by farellstone: 6:30pm On May 03, 2015
Plz what can I do 2 my mtn sim,its not browsing since I bought 1gig data,I'v tried every possible means from sending reset to 131 etc.I went to mtn office they wrote my number down nd told me it will browse after 24hrs its more dan 72hrs nd its not yet browsing.plz anybody that has passed through this b4 should help

Happened to me sometimes back, was told to do sim swap still no show, went to different mtn connect no show. The only option? I did made them understand the real meaning of KYC know your customer. Called them like 15 times daily, reached one stage sef na name them dey use greet me.. they eventually fixed it though it took almost a week

Mtn call center dosnt even pick my calls again.

other mtn sims browses on my phone,jst dat particular one nd the sim dosnt browse even wen I put it inside modem or anyother phone.it uses to browse b4,bt jst stopped wen I bought my last data.
