The “Fight of the Century” took place in the
early hours of Sunday morning between Floyd
Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao in Las
Vegas, and interest on social media was
enormous.
In terms of the full 12 rounds, all those that
paid outrageous sums to be in Las Vegas for
the fight got their moneys worth.
Floyd Mayweather beat Manny Pacquiao on a
unanimous points decision.
However, much like Chelsea’s Premier
League title charge in 2014/2015,
Mayweather’s tactics have been heavily
criticised.
Pacquiao claimed after the fight that he
deserved to win and social media was rife in
their suggestion that Mayweather is coached
by Jose Mourinho.
Chelsea fans and Mayweather will argue,
quite correctly, that this is how you write your
name in the history books and win titles…
Don’t rule out a re-match between
Mayweather and Pacquiao, after all interest
was enormous and the sums of money
