Beyoncé has found three dream girls to mold into superstars. The 33-year-old signed sister-act duo Chloe Bailey, 17, and Halle Bailey, 15, and Sophie Beem, 14, to her management company Parkwood Entertainment for five-year contracts totaling $1.5million.. The Bailey sisters were discovered on YouTube and Sophie was a finalist on The X Factor.
