Experienced JV Partners Needed (only 5 jVs partners to be precise)

I am looking for serious JV partners to join my network.I have tools running on my server [GSA SER,SCRAPEBOX,MASS VIDEO BLASTER suite,SENUKE xcr and a whole lot of other blackhat marketing tools for social media blasting..
I need action takers with something to contribute to the venture...and not just empty words.

i'm most interested in people with one or more of the FF skill sets..

1. Basic understanding of HTML,PHP
2. Graphics (photoshop) needed for banners and landers.
3. Windows Server Management
4. Knowledge about usage of 1 or more of the tools i mentioned
5. website admin {have the ability to manage a WP or HTML site}
6.*must have social media accounts preferably "skype" or "FB" for instant reach.*
7. Funds For Paid Campaign....(not necessary unless you have no other way to contribute)
