since i factory reset the phone this is what it has been showing, what should i do.

You need to reload the OS. If you have like 2GB of data to spare. plug the phone to a PC. Open your browser and go to http://us.blackberry.com/update/ follow d instructions. Or better still, save urself d stress and look for a good phone software service wherever u are. It shouldnt cost much to fix. |

It's os just go to people that deal with they will load new os for you I have it on my system but can't help due to distance |
