ASP.NET DEVELOPER
Requirements
*Strong development skills in .NET Framework, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, WCF, MVC and Entity framework.
*Principles to strictly adhere to testable code development.
*Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an added advantage.
*Thorough understanding of Web concepts, threading and http pipeline.
*Strong web application development skills in ASP.NET / C#.
*Exposure to distributed application development, parallel programming, push technologies, REST based API.
*Strong SQL server development skills (stored procedures, concurrent query handling, transactions and locking).
*Understanding of IIS and SQL server management and SQL locking principles.
*Exposure to SQL linked server configuration.
*Strong in HTML, CSS and Javascript.
*Ability to learn new concepts and implement them.

-SOLUTION ARCHITECT
Requirements
*Have a strong experience in Web technologies in ASP.NET C#/PHP and related technologies like IIS, Visual Studio, SQL Server, MySQL etc.
*Able to communicate effectively in english, both verbally and in writing and explain technical concepts.
*Proven experience of working with stakeholders to analyse requirements, develop ideas and design solutions.
*Good understanding of web development, information architecture, design patterns, CMS and integrated technologies.
*Experience with performing complex analysis, consulting and technical recommendations

-QA LEAD AUTOMATION
Requirements
*Passionate about software testing and has an eye for details.
*Certified in software testing & automation
*Certified in a quality practices (example: CMM, Six Sigma etc).
*Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
*Experience in all stages of Software Testing Life Cycle.
*Experience in automation and scripting.
*Experience in SQL and databases.

-Ux RESEARCHER
Requirements
*BA/BS in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Experimental Psychology, Anthropology, Information Science or related field (or relevant work experience in lieu of degree)
*Effective English communication skills, both spoken and written
*Ability to work well as a team player in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a wide range of people from different parts of the business
*Ability to lead research efforts through the entire research cycle
*Excellent knowledge of methods for gathering and analyzing UX research data (such as usability studies, field studies, surveys, etc.)
*Excellent analytical skills, especially with regard to observation of user behavior
*Good working knowledge of statistics and the principles of experiment design
*Ability to solve complex UI design problems, take action, and drive for results in a multi-disciplinary team
*Keen attention to detail
*Ability to adhere to tight deadlines
