Good for their heart and muscles. In Nigeria We generally see walking and cycling as a sign of poverty. It has a lot of health benefits.
By the way, that you are "lepa" does not mean you are very healthy. Ha Ha Ha..

What has ds got to do wt fashola nd jimi..or is it fashola dt cause d traffic gridlock or d ppu who refuse to obey a simple instruction. Naija we easily can cast blame on others.

This gridlock has been there since yesterday.mi suffered greatly on my way from ikeja to vgc.
I left ikeja by 5pm and got to vgc by 12.30am.
Nigeria makes me sad. The stress level in this country is toooooo high.
that oando filling station at jakande lekki showed me too yesterday..I had to roll down cos of fuel
