Some people see cosmetic surgery as casually as others would see swallowing paracetamol for a headache. Why cant they just accept their body and be grateful to God

I don't feel anything for her because there are several cases of butt implant gone awry which are enough to discourage them but they still decide to go under the knife after being convinced of no side effect by some unscrupulous doctors who are only after their money. The only thing I feel for is that lovely tattoo on her thigh being destroyed by stitches.
