hello, nairalanders of the career world!
how market?! lol
so we at LevanderGora decided that we ought to inform you that it is perfectly possible to work too hard.
working hard implies that you face your career and you do all in your power to make a success of yourself in that chosen career.
working too hard implies that you do all of the above at the detriment of your physical, mental or emotional well being.

so are you merely working hard or are you working too hard? when you ask yourself this question honestly, what is the answer?
every week another young "hard-working" person ends up in a hospital because of high blood pressure or hypertension... or we see their pictures on people's DPs on bbm with #RIP as the status message. May God forbid it for any of us oh! Nigeria is full of stress and it makes it harder to build a career.... even harder to build a career whilst still pacing yourself.... BUT you must find a way to not hurt yourself in the pursuit of your greatness! you owe it to yourself to take care of yourself, because your self is the basis for your existence. you need to remember to eat well, rest well, drink lots of water, exercise, get regular massages, spend time with family, hang out with friends. you have to make time out for other things outside your career and work. you need to find balance.

best of luck to all of you, hard-workers out there!
more grease to your elbows!
we, at LevanderGora, wish you the very best in all your careers!

p.s. call us for your massages... that is one step towards finding and maintaining your balance! wink
