Your are indeed an oasis in the desert, I applied for a US visa while my wife was in the U.S. To give birth to our child but was denied a visa, fast forward I want to visit the USA now and I want to apply for a visa but my major challenge now is that we are yet to offset the hospital bill as we opted for a payment plan such that it will be convenient for us though we have paid over $8000 since the birth was through Caesarian operations. Please can I apply now.

I was initially making a payment plan for a large sum of money monthly but I couldn't afford to pay such hence defaulted for three month after which I changed to a lesser plan spanning three years as against initial payment plan of six month.
Your candid advice will appreciated.

If your payments are consistent, it should actually be a positive tool, to enable a successful visa application.
Submit all necessary and required documentations, I am sure, your visa application would be successful.
