it was a beautiful begining as Nigerians queued up in mass to elect leaders of their choice during the last presidential election, the excercise was judged as fair if not in entirety then to some extend, keeping technological factor of card reader aside one of the principal players in this successful exercise were the INEC-ADHOC staffs the demand for Adhoc staffs was due to insufficient man-power in the INEC this signifies the government needs more recruit in the sector just like other sectors, young graduates sacrificed their time,energy and to some extend defied threats to their lives to conduct the election, winning election starts with figures from the polling unit where these adhoc staffs were used primarily, they ensured perfection in the face of threat, till the election was over,in this assignment you will hardly find children of the mighty and rich in the society, this same adhoc staffs made up of mostly the poor and average Nigerians can't pay through the bribery nature of getting a federal govt. Job in the country,it is in this regard that i cry unto the president elect. Gen. Mohammadu Buhari the people's general to start his promise of reducing unemployment by converting the INEC-ADHOC staffs to permanebt staffs this will be a good start because the youths will heavily benefit this on merit without godfatherism i believe this is not too much a demand to our able General.
