Deporte Conex offers a recruiting platform which helps connect athletes with coaches easily and efficiently. Right now, we focus exclusively on connecting high school athletes with college/university coaches.

We are interested in hiring an experienced data entry professional to help us find and organize a file with the information of high school athletes and people/organizations that can help us connect with a large number of athletes.

In very simple terms, we are looking for a freelancer to edit a Google Sheet file with the following types of leads:
- High school athletes looking to play college / university within the next 1-3 years. They can be found on Youtube or Vimeo for example.
- Influencers in various sports that are going to help us connect with an audience that would be interested in what Deporte Conex has to offer.

This includes individuals that operate sports blogs, sports vlogs (video blogs on Youtube, Vimeo,etc.), or sports podcasts
We are looking to pay a fixed rate of $10 per 1,000 leads and the total payout to the freelancer would be $50 for a total of 5,000 leads. The target would be 250 leads per week, but better performance (in other words, more leads) could result in us paying extra for the added effort by the freelancer.

We can provide more details on exactly what leads should be added, and what we are looking for.
