Friesland Campina Plc, the makers of Peak milk, Friesomum, Three crown milk etc, held its AGM for financial year 2014 at Muson center, shell hall, onikan Lagos. WAMCO as its popularly called is a security trading on the NASD OTC Securities Exchange with a current trading price of N310.00. It declared a dividend of N4.33k, shareholders expressed their happiness about the companies progress despite several macro factors at the close end of year 2014.
