I have a peugeot 206, i bought it two months again and it has been working excelently, but since two weeks now there have been this fuel resarve signer as if i am short of fuel, i filled it up but not a full tank but still seeing this sign, i had to refill it again with about 25 liters, when i start my car the sign is still there, i am scared there might be a problem because it's just strange, that the orange light keeps coming each time i start my car.

Does any1 have an ideal of what is wrong with my car? or should i go to a mechanic for a check?? plz help.

No,You should trying filling up the tank to fill level first to be sure you have issues; you can also try using your shoes
Get under your car and slap the fuel tank with your shoes maybe it might loosen your stuck fuel sender unit.If that doesn't work they will have to drop your tank and change your sender.

i cant sleep to check it myself because of the cool, and it will look crazy if people see me do that here, i will take it to a mechanic if i fill it up and still ve this sign, thak u for commenting.

Sounds like a faulty fuel level sender / potentiometer.

Or a faulty fuel gauge / instrument cluster.
The 206 is new enough to have an OBDII port, so the instruments and fuel level sender can be checked in less than 5 minutes.
Any reputable shop should be able to diagnose such faults without any problems.

Wonder why Peugeot / Citroen failed to have an inspection disc in the luggage area / under the rear seat.
Replacement means lowering the fuel tank as a result.
