NIGERIA is one of eight African countries where clinical trials of a vaccine for the Ebola virus disease will soon commence. The others are Liberia, Sierra Leone, Guinea, Cameroun, Ghana, Mali and Senegal.

Nigeria’s Minister of State for Health, Fidelis Nwankwo, who disclosed this when he addressed the 68th World Health Assembly in Geneva yesterday, also canvassed the country’s quest to become one of the hubs for the proposed African Centres for Disease Control (CDC).

All that without conducting independent research into the origins of the Virus-------
And, the possibility that these bizarre germs were laboratory creations, accidentally or intentionally transmitted via PAST tainted vaccines (hepatitis and smallpox) in Africa. AND the possibility other biological weapon agents might be introduced in this new vaccine!

Timeline:
-In 1948, Henry Kissinger, a 23-year-old American intelligence officer, recruited Nazi expatriates to serve in top positions in American military, aerospace, and biological science and medicine. Twenty years later, he resigned from the Rockefeller foundation to become President Nixon's US National Security advisor.

-During the early 1970s, Kissinger wrote a memo "Memorandum 200", calling for massive Third World depopulation, to maintain the economic alignment of the superpowers.
Zbigniew Brzezinski, who replaced Kissinger, secretly dispatched National Security Memorandum 46 to cabinet chiefs only. This document, the most telling, authorized the FBI and CIA to initiate genocidal policies.

-Seeking alternatives to tactical nuclear weapons to bolster America's "diplomacy" abroad, Kissinger ordered military to requisition $10 million from Congress for the development and testing of AIDS-like viruses for biological weapons.
-Kisinger made Robert Gallo–Project Officer” when new cancer viruses that were descriptively and functionally identical to HIV/AIDS were being tested on Gay men in New York’s and in many African countries.

So far several presidential apologies have been issued for US bio warfare programs that were initially denied. Apologies will be issued for HIV/AIDS and Ebola someday!
