Manchester United have reportedly agreed terms with Nicolas Otamendi to sign him from Valencia.

The Argentine centre back has been subject of three bids in recent transfer windows from United, with club scouts raving about his performances.

And while previous attempts to sign him have failed, United now looking like they’re getting places, with reports in South America saying he’s accepted a move to Old Trafford.

It’s understood that Otamendi has agreed terms on a contract, and while a fee needs to be agreed with Valencia, that should be easy now.

Otamendi is valued at £36.5million.
