is it possible to be reconmended by a dept and sti not granted admission? Also,how can a candidate identify maybe his trancript had been received or not

U guys I will suggest should not put your eggs in one basket. Unibadan and unilag start sales of their pg form today. they obviously have more approved courses than Ilorin and have more carrying capacity. Pls am not saying one school is better than the other o.

An ex- student of the institution confirmed that list of successful candidates is usually out by late sept, early and sometimes mid oct. So by and large we should expect SMSs within this time frame. Goodluck to all.

New postgraduate session start by October 2nd hence, admission notification is surely in the offing.

Tnx xrazzy, heard that oda department applicant av started receiving notifications with regards to d qualification exams.
Since d new PGD session is starting 2nd of October definatlely mails will be sent out from now to next weekend.

A reliable source told me PG Session starts November 4th though was thinking it was gonna be October. Please wats the source of the oct 4th date.

The whole thing is annoying, we're just left here with no formal news... Thought it would have been better than this...

I advice you guys to check last year thread. We wrote entrance exam July 5th. the first set of people to be admitted got mail Oct 5th/6th or so. I got my admission exactly Nov 5th but the admission letter was dated Oct 8th for all unilorin applicant.

To avoid Unnecessary headache over message, i advice make una put mind for First week of Oct. From Oct onward, u guys can now be having sleepless night. but for now, make una go dey look for school fees and house rentage. lolz
