In our bid to continually exceed our clients’ expectations, we are looking to fill the following positions within our firm:

CONSULTANT 1 – TSC 005

Purpose:

To enable clients achieve strategic and operational goals by the provision of a fully integrated and effective human resources service and by the development and co-ordination of comprehensive Training, Development and Learning Programmes.

Core functions for this position are:

Recruitment
• Meet with clients/prospects to identify/discuss recruitment needs & advice accordingly
• Research & develop functional job profiles/description for various positions in client organisations
• Design & place adverts
• Organise & conduct interviews
• Screen & assess job-seeker profiles in database & email responses
• Follow through the entire recruitment & selection process for client organisations.

Training
• Meet with clients/prospects to identify/discuss training needs
• Research & develop training content to meet client needs
• Facilitate selected training sessions for clients

Compensation
• Design & development of benefit & rewards systems for clients
• Carry out compensation surveys in various industries for clients

Change Management
• Create & implement innovative strategies for clients’ businesses
• Plan & facilitate strategy sessions & company retreats for clients
• Business plan writing, including market research and feasibility studies

Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in human resource management or related discipline
2. Minimum 3 years Human Resource/Management consulting experience
3. Masters or Professional membership of a Personnel Management Institute will be a further advantage
Person Specifications
1. Excellent writing & verbal communication skills
2. Proven research ability
3. Ideal candidate MUST be Male and not older than 30 years of age.
4. An analytical mind with a keen eye for details
5. Excellent presentation skills
