Here are some sneak peeks of Former President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, earlier in the month of may, dazzling many during a fun filled football match held at MKO International Stadium, Abeokuta when his Presidential Library team slugged it out with a team of Ogun State Government led by the governor Senator Ibikunle Amosun.

It was a ‘Five-A-Side’ football match between team Obasanjo and the Ogun State executive team. Obasanjo captained the Presidential Library Team, wearing jersey number 78 while the Ogun State Executive team was led by the governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun who was in jersey number 7. The former Nigerian Head of state lost atleast four glorious chances at halfime.

But the OOPL team rebound in the second half with players such as Prof. Akin Mabogunje, 88-year-old Dr. Femi Olopade, and one of aides of the former president, Vitalis among others, giving the Amosun-led team a tough time. Helping the Amosun’s team on the defensive, were the secretary to the state government, Adeoluwa Taiwo, and the state chief of staff, Prof. Ganiu Olatunde among others.
