Trekking is an old special way to improve your health. Today people no longer recognize its benefits unless when opportunity present itself for it. The presence of mobility like cars, bus and motor cycle have also not helped in the effort to see benefit in trekking. Trekking for at least three hours a week helps to prevent any occurrence of heart disease. This is the season of trekking, so trek to stay healthy and stay fit.
