Hmmm Which way Nigeria.
Now that PMS has lost its value in the international market,they now make it expensive to the Nigerian citizen.
Even when it was expensive signs like these were not put up.
Smh so an average Nigerian live is valued less than 10ltrs of pms @ 600 per ltr
