From recent happenings it will be observed that the Christians in Nigeria tend to shy away from political offices in the guise that it's demonic and therefore should be left for the heathen and other religions.

I believe like in the Holy scriptures that when the 'Just and Righteous' leads the land flourishes and prosper. How can we get there.

A short testimony is my cousin whom is a 'born again' Christian and is currently occupying a post people stayed in ffor 13yrs and did nothing meaningful. But today, it is a different story. They tried to scare him with all the necessary evil he's to carry-out in office as reasons not to oblige but he's upright and yet to take alcoholic wine in exalted meetings.

I think it's a call for Christians to take up by faith their heritage cuz all power above, on earth and under the earth belongs to God through Christ our Lord. We can't keep shying away, if need be convert the entire cabinet and win souls for God and make this country a better place.

Let our kids have a future by making a step today.

You talk of a just and righteous leader, the more we pray, God will grant Nigeria your request. OBJ is just and righteous and we have had him. All others, whether Retired military or civilian Professors and "Puruntus" have been selfish and scheming demons. The Christian we value must not be selfish, must be good all round, feel right, think right and reason right. We no longer want those who will scheme for biafra, bokoharam, mend etc and God will provide the right leader for Nigeria in His own time. And we must pray fervently for this!!!!

The scare of the office alone is something else. I know people who have been appointed to serve but run away with the believe they don't have the heart and courage to do evil. Evil thrives when good men do nothing and so long as we Christians and just men sit back to let the unjust rule then we're in for a long decade of decadence, crisis and cries.

Untill the Lord builds the house, those who labour, do so in vain. Men on earth, like men of Sodom, don't vote for Righteousness, but for people who will keep paying fuel subsidy, scheming, here and there, for bokoharam, biafra, mend etc. So a man of God is too complicated now for our electorate unless the Lord says so. Can't you see how Nigerian electorate is turning Chris Okotie into a selfish politician?
