Most information I see online is just for registering a business.

Does anyone have ideas on the legal statues for running a business? That is a business name, limited company or public company, or partnership? Like fees, if there is, to be paid to the government or CAC regularly, or how to put in or take out finance in the business, who can or cannot do so, how much is the maximum, or is it just as one likes if it is his or her business?

How is a business to be run legally based on the business type in Nigeria?
