How far? Or, How you dey? = How are you?
I dey = I am fine.

Where you dey come from? = Where are you coming from?

Wetin you carry come back? = What did you come back with?

Not really!

It literally means, 'it is not a small thing', especially in reference to something tedious or heavy one just experienced. In other words, 'it wasn't easy'.

For example, my ordeal in the hands of the police...no be small thing o!
