Remember the days? When we’ll count our toes and use little stones,as our tools for addition and subtraction. Remember the days? When we’ll use our pencils and erasers in equal measure,scribbling and wiping on with HB pencils on 2D exercise books. Remember the fun songs we sang? And the joy we felt when we got that sum right. When we scored 5/5 and had ‘Very Good’ written by our teachers Let’s pass it down. We don’t have to buy boards or huge books to help kids learn. All it takes sometimes is a song, stories, games a little effort and encouragement in helping them be the geniuses they can be. Let’s not leave this task to teachers and tutors alone but also join hands in creating good avenues for knowledge in whatever way we can. Remember that smile on your face when you finally did your homework all by yourself because mummy taught you some days before? Now let’s put that smile on the faces of the younger generation.
