Well sometimes it has to do with our IQs, people with higher IQs tend to have less sleep due to increased brain activities therefore finding it difficult to sleep (to rest the brain). If your IQ is low, you can't beat sleep because your brain can't stand it.
So its healthy, just that you could break down like I did some years ago after going 2 nights without sleep and I broke down on the evening of the third day.
When I see people sleep by 10pm-11pm, I just wonder how they make it, with me its almost impossible except I'm extremely tired or tipsy.
