- Go on a nutritious diet.

- Take products known for aphrodisiac and energiser elements (Bee Pollen, Royal Jelly, Ginseng, Ginkgo Biloba vitolize for men.

- Increase vitamin C, E and zinc intake for semen production and correct sexual function.

- Take amino-acid L-Arginine to greatly assist in the production of spermatozoids.

Go see a urologist and probably a fertility doctor. I doubt if drugs will be of help at this stage. If it were oligospermia, there might have been some hopes with drugs. If he's lucky, surgery may sort him out and if not, he should consider other options such as adoption or possible use of sperm donors for IVF on his wife.
