Our client, a multinational entity in Nigeria who has an agricultural business line seeks a Head for this Strategic Business Unit (SBU).

For this SBU, our client has sought and obtained a franchise, to be the exclusive distributors in Nigeria from a world renown OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). This involves implements central to a successful agriculture business.

Our client requires; Head of this SBU on generous employment terms. Required from this person would be business development skills, commercial skills, top level contracts spanning public and private sectors in Nigeria.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the growth and profitability of the SBU.
Strong leadership capability is expected of the successful candidate, furthermore, demonstrable experience in the fertilizer, seed or mechanized agriculture business is required, successful participation in Federal Government/ state government agriculture programmes or sales to agriculture cooperatives is required.
