Initially the movement was 'Gifted Hands support', but after months of name search to register it with Corporate affairs commission, we transformed the name to:
' Jizzle and Kim alphabetisation Initiative'


Ps: alphabetisation: /literacy/ in french


We just got the approval today.
We have a lot of activities and packages for our beneficiaries- to support their education and take this organisation to international level.

We call out for consultants, NGO proprietors, etc in this forum to contribute to this quest.

We are calling out for volunteers also (in Enugu State)

Location: 15 Obiagu rd, Enugu State.

...so we got all documents ready...

Which entails a lot of paper work, from the board of trustees; it includes:

Trustees Application letter

Filling of CAC Application Form,

Minute of the meeting where the board of Trustees were elected, 'showing voting pattern',

Minute of the meeting where Special Clause was adopted,

The Seal,

Newspaper publication,(two newspapers)

Trustee declaration form...sworn in a High Court.

3copies of your constitution.

Photocopies of Trustees valid Identity cards

...We Missed the deadline

....Now we have to repeat name reservation once more to continue.


...CAC's website can be annoying sometimes.

We finally submitted all requirements for incorporation, should take 2 to 3 weeks for our Certificate


We have a lot of Packages for Nigeria...cant wait for the Certificate to be out.
