Sharpen your problem-solving skills in 2015. Take a course if need be, just make sure you are wiser than you were in 2014. Most times, we do not have to re-invent the wheel, if only we can ask questions and rub minds with those who have gone ahead of us in our fields. Practice the art of walking away from problems briefly and do something relaxing like swimming, playing video games, watching cartoons, or whatever relaxes you. Usually, by the time you come back, you will have a fresh perspective and solve the problem. Embedded in every problem is the key to unlocking it (the solution); however, not everyone sees it because we all look at the same thing but we see differently. Occasionally, it is smart to get one or two perspectives on a problem, you might get another perspective that will greatly influence your decisions.
