Rogue and compromised Facebook accounts are being used to share a phoney 'Facebook recovery' message that contains a page designed to defraud Facebook users of their login details, initially and, ultimately, their bank details.

Most of the users affected so far have been located in north America and Asia. However, all users are potentially vulnerable and should pay attention to any messages pertaining to come from Facebook that are written in broken English with links to non-Facebook related urls.
