A young and aspiring company which is engaged in Security Technologies and Marketing & communication consultancy based in Ikeja, Lagos is looking to fill in the position of CLIENT SERVICES OFFICER. The applicant will be responsible majorly for:
• Leadership role in effective interfacing and relationship management between the company and assigned Clients
• ensuring service delivery, requests and issue resolution for assigned Clients as well as 3rd party service providers are done effectively and efficiently
• Communicating regularly with retained clients, have strategic and regular interfaces aimed at reinforcing relationships

The CLIENT SERVICES OFFICER will report to the MD/CEO, a BSC/HND holder with minimum of 2 years related experience and must possess the following skills:
Strategy and tact-driven, Critically enquiring mind / skills, Positive results oriented, Negotiation skills, Effective communication and people skills, Inclined to networking & meeting people, More than average proficiency in Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Average proficiency in relevant Brand Mgt, Media, Research, Analytical and Report Report Writing skills
