Hello nairalanders. I saw a plot of land for sale for 320,000 in igogbo Ikorodu. The name of the Estate is GoodWill Estate. Can any one tell me how geniune this is as I live abroad and can not carry out any physical inspection. i know of goodwill estate, i bought two plots in 2008. As far as i am concerned its genuine because i have my deed,survey plan and receipt. the owner of the estate use to live in the UK, so he understands how difficult it is to get money. I live in london and i intend to start something on my land sometimes this year |
