I am a Hong Kong student and just won a full cover scholarship (as HKD1,600,000 in tatal) to study in UofT, Canada. I have submitted everything with the first application. And the Embassy was rejected me as my personal assets/ financial status is not satisfied. Actually, my mother was retired for few years, and my bank is almost empty. I thought the Visa Officer will approve my application as I had provided the Scholarship document and admission letter from UofT before. However...they just denied me  What can I do now? Will they approve my reapply if I ask the Charitable Trust transfers 2 years amount (full tuition fee, accommodation, living expenses) to my bank acc? |
