This all started when he was in SS3 and now he's almost in 200 level. He periodically has seizures(shakes and bites sides of tongue to bleed orally) just like an epileptic but it never happens during the day, they only happen at midnight when he's asleep. His family has no history of epilepsy at all, in fact he's the first in his family with such ailment.. What can this be called? Because I'm sure its not epilepsy.. how can it be cured??

I think he is epileptic. In today's world epilepsy is a "small" ailment.

He should go and see the doctor. There is medication to take to control it but he will need to adhere firmly to the medication.

Good luck.
