I have tried several times for days now, trying to speak with a representative. After spending not less than an hour each day, trying, nobody responds.

Pleaae, how do I get to speak with their representative on phone.

am suffering similar fate o, urs is even good my own there is option to speak to a customer representative. And yet de deduted 5 naira daily for facebook. What I did not even subscripe for,charge me 100 naira monthly for callertunes I. Did nt ask for . Am jst tired MTN are theives since 500 BC

They bore me with calls and sms I didn't solicit for.
Yet no one at their end to take my complaints.
