i use smile 4G LTE to go online, very fast network. but i doubt they have service in benin. i have also used my galaxy s5 on airtel as a hotspot, it worked.

as for the games, i dont usually buy fairly used, so dont know where to get but can link you with a friend in lagos who sells games and delivers. you pay when you get it.
