Job Position: Recruitment Executive
Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
1. Updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
-Vetting of resumes. shortlisting and organizing interviews and administering aptitude test,
2. Record Keeping: – You will help maintain all employee records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records up to date
You will assist with all other general HR administration as and when required
3. Recruitment of Junior Staff for our client’s factories (Machine Operators ,Technicians ,Engineers etc )

Key Requirements:
1. Minimum qualification: B.SC/HND
2. Minimum of 2-3years experience in same position
3. Ability to manage own workload effectively, balancing deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
4. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Proven experience of HR and payroll administration
6. Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook and Power point.

Remuneration
N105, 000-N150,000 per month
