Admin Clerk
Responsible for the administrative duties for both Commodities and Diamonds & Jewellery Divisions including inventory supports and report to Operations Manager North Asia.
Principle Duties
Job Costing / Invoicing for Commodities:
To complete job costing and invoicing amount accurately in the Company’s shipping system within 48hours of shipment delivered.
To answer dispute of billing raised by internal and external customers.
Window service for Commodities:
To witness shipment (Gold, PGM, Silver, etc) sorting process handle by Vault Officer when GMY crews or other team mates are not available.
Packing materials and tools for both Commodities and D&J:
To maintain the availability of shipment packing materials at medium to low level at all time for all the offices in Hong Kong ; To provide up-to-date inventory report of all the shipment packing materials and packing tools with breakdown details for Commodities and D&J ;
Management of office supplies (i.e. office stationery ordering/re-ordering with the approved vendors) for both Commodities and D&J in Hunghom office;
To fulfil all additional duties as required by management in line with capability.
