TRIBAL SUPERIORITY Complex(igbo ,yoruba,hausa Etc) by Nobody: 3:38pm On Jun 21, 2015
I saw this on one page on Facebook and i decided to share here

QUOTE: "many people are too busy finding
faults in others while they fail to realize that
they are the ones who might have the
faults- we would only realize our mistake if
we learn to accept corrections from others
and make changes where necessary"

One of the most annoying rants one might
not help but notice in Nigeria recently is the
tribal Superiority word, whereby an igbo
claims to be superior to others, a hausa
claims same and also a Yoruba.

One would think that at this 21st century
world atleast 99 percent of human would
have learnt to appreciate one another and
atleast learn from the past- What is more
disturbing is when a follow African claims
superiority over another simply on bases of
tribes, it just leave one wondering how
stupid many of us are?(Did you insist God
create you into certain tribe)?

An Average African will be angry when a
white person refers to his or her race as
superior to that of black, but the same
African who is angry at the white for such
claim will in turn, claim superiority over her
fellow Africans; such is the stupidity we
display- the hypocricy of it all is ever glaring
and sickening.

What makes an igbo man racially superior to
hausa's or Yoruba? And what makes any
race at all superior to another?
Ofcourse one is allowed to be thankful or
proud of his or her tribe/ heritage, but
claiming superiority is the most stupidest
thing one can do.

The last time I checked; God created us all
and He never asked us what tribe, race, or
family we want to belong to.
As an igbo had you been born into a Yoruba
or hausa tribe would you still insult or
riddicule the tribe? Would a hausa or yoruba
still insult other tribes if they had been born
into other tribes?

If there is anything we should learn as a
nation and people of same race(blacks) it is
that each tribe, no matter how small they
may seem contributes to the growth and
success of all countries.

We are all special and unique in our own
way- Claiming that a particular tribe is
inferior or doesn't contribute is a stupid
statement.

We might insult the North all we can, but
they provide bulk of the food we eat, We
might insult the south south but their oil
contributes, We might insult each other but
at the end we all rely on one another- that is
simply the mystery surrounding this world;
every human is dependent on another.

No matter how long we keep denying it,
Nigeria is our country, and as far as it
remains like that, it is only wise to work
together for her growth(South Africa did it
even with the hate during apartheid regime;
America did it even with all the hates) and it
is time for Nigerians to do the same for
"History will never forgive those who
constantly wish for the downfall of her
country or people".

Our forefathers lived together as one, and
who knows, Our generations might all die
and Nigeria will still remain one,
so why not work for her success?
A lot of us might be frustrated with Nigeria
because things haven't gotten better; We
might want to break away, but since that
seems almost impossible for now, Why not
atleast work together? If the country gets
better it is still for our benefit even when
you hate on one another, one never know
how long one might remain in this world
and all your hates and vile insults will not
benefit you when we leave this earth- Do
not be selfish, atleast if not for you, do so for
generations unborn- this world is only but
temporal, at some point everything comes to
an end.

QUOTE: "Every human in the world have the
right to live a secure life but the bitter truth
is that bad people seem to be winning their
fight to bring horror’s in the world, not
because they are much in number but
because of the silence of the good majority
among us, in the end we never lose by
helping others; we only loose by holding
back"
