Develops and revises directives and procedures for acquisition, receipt, storage, issuance, and disposal of inventory of parts, fuel, and capital items. Oversees inventory policy and procedures including inventory levels and stock-out rate and approves the disposal of obsolete or surplus materials. Supervises and manages materials management staff reviewing their work for adherence to standards, policies, procedures and laws. Evaluates performance of staff. Provides assistance proactively to internal and external customers to facilitate procurement activities. Resolves protest issues involving the procurement process. Develops and manages the materials budget. Coordinates and teams with other divisions/departments to assure effective interfaces. Prepare communications for the Board, General manager, and the public. Provides and interprets the Monthly Purchasing Activity Report for the Board. All other job-related duties as assigned. Graduate Engineers: Responsibilities; Using industrial rope access services in difficult to access areas such as confined spaces and high access areas. Perform tests, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the equipment as necessary. Repair may require the reading and interpreting wiring schematics, performing minor coating, bolting and welding, and operating hydraulic, pneumatic, Inspection and spray equipment. Adjust or replace bearings, pipes, and other pipeline and production facilities as needed. Verify that the integrity of the structure has been restored for the purpose it was designed for. Take pictures and/or video of completed work for presentation to the client. Assist in recruiting and training rope access employees on operational functions; conduct safety orientations and meetings; assures that established policies and procedures are followed. Coordinate all functions including receiving of components, equipment inventory control and interim quality checks and shipping; assures compliance with all regulations and good code of practice. Manage records of contracts & other legal documents deposited with the Legal department for safekeeping Advise in-house business divisions on a broad range of legal or regulatory issues on specific projects Liaise with external counsel, when necessary Qualifications LLB Degree in Law from a recognised university Database Admin/Application Support Responsibilities Responsible for all functions associated with the design, implementation and maintenance of SQL, MySQL Server databases including security, back-up, logging, reporting, performance and recovery procedures Transforms data standardization, cleaning, data repair, matching, tuning, and de-duping Manages data from multiple sources including internal and 3rd party application data Perform daily, weekly, and monthly data maintenance tasks Ensures data can be provided to support SQL reports, Crystal Reports and various reporting requirements Assists in client support, setup configurations and give consultation to development team Performs Up-to-date Backup of all Databases in the organisation Solid acquaintance with windows server 2012, security delegation, SPNs, storage components. Supports the core application (Ixtrac) and all other complementary Apps Interfaces with Nitech for technical support. Ensures that periodic and preventive maintenance are appropriately scheduled and accomplished and that emergency troubleshooting and maintenance support are readily available as needed. Monitors and continually improves maintenance processes and maintenance personnel performance to achieve enhanced levels of efficiency. Manage the staff, processes and activities for maintaining all plant machinery to ensure safe, continual and efficient operation: QUALIFICATION: OND or its equivalent in agricultural science or any other related field.
