Give me your source. Czech has agreed personal terms with Arsenal does not means Chelsea has sold him. As at this morning on SkyNews (DSTv channel 200) deal not yet completed.

In football no deal is done until the 3 parties involved confirm it. Arsenal, Chelsea and Czec himself are yet to make official annoucement.

I can sight more than 10 example of deals like this that later went the drain. Perfect example is what you know very well. Mikel transfer between Oslo Fc, Man utd and Chelsea.

My argument here is that: No transfer deal is done until officially annouced
