Chai nurse eliza I biakwa. Mango is not fattening with about 1g of fat. Also the high fibre content means that you feel full quickly, meaning it is a good addition to any weight loss diet.

That calories contain in mango, is an healthy one n does not cause any health upheaval.

Well, the average calorie content per mango is 110. Estimated daily calorie need for people who are not physically active (higher in athletes) ranges from 120 to 350, depending on age and gender.
It's all about having a balanced diet. If you carry knife go sidon for mango tree come chop 20 mango...u sabi na. Also most times, what causes people to gain weight isn't just mango, but the combination of other foods - junks. .....***yaaawwwwns***
