It seems some of these bank workers enjoy seeing customers in queue, to the extent that even to link your BVN to your other bank accounts you have to queue in some banks.

Imagine queing almost all day just to link BVN that I already have. And the bankers will not say anything but just allow BVN linking submitters to stand in the same queue with other customers that have other transactions to do.

Instead of them to just tell BVN accounts linking submitters to just submit their forms and go in order to decongest the hall . I don't knw why bankers always feel less concern about the plight of their customers in situations like this .
