You have to first demonstrate the existence of both yahweh and satan before we can really evaluate the one that is more wicked.

As for the stories in the Bible, i will say god character is wicked in many aspects and good in many others. The role of satan was vaguely outlined in the Bible; you can't ascertain the volume of wickedness of satan claims.
I will say god is wicked in some aspects such as slavery, human sacrifice, promise of eternal hell for mere offending his law etc. Satan can't be said to be wicked because he issued no wicked command and still, we have no physical evidence of his wickedness, it is just mere proposition of what he is capable of doing.
